You won’t be able to properly shake the tray like you normally would with these because they scrunch up and move about. They tend to curl at the edges while cooking meaning they can cover the food that’s in them leading to uneven cooking. It’s also harder to shake the food in the tray like you normally might, as the paper liner moves around and can get scrunched up, further covering the food. Instead you’ll have to do it manually by reaching in and moving the food around or taking the whole liner out and just shaking that. However they do keep the tray clean and save on the washing up. The packet includes a brush for coating the liner if you want to add oil etc. They’re ok, but not quite what I was hoping for.
