I’m 84 years old, & this great PRODUCT: “DONGYU EYE SEURM”, has completely changed the look of my “under eye area”! And, the wrinkles around my mouth, too ! I’m lucky to have “ Olive skin”, & I’m told (by people who “ask my age”), “WHAT KIND OF CREAM DO YOU USE” ? I’ve actually ordered over 9+ tubes, of this fabulous “under eye, magic, 5% Caffeine EYE SERUM” !! It comes in a tall tube, with a “ROLLER BALL”, you press down, allowing the “SERUM”, to cover the applicator ball. Just ROLL IT back & forth, under your LOWER EYE LIDS, until your lower lids, & your upper lids, are covered. Being careful, you DON’T get it INSIDE your eyes. Use a tiny finger, to spread it, onto your upper eyelids. In 4/5 minutes it’s dry,, leaving an amazing feeling, right away ! It absorbs easily, it’s very hydrating, & with “TWICE A DAY USE”, any dark circles & morning puffiness, slowly goes away !! Within a few days, to a few weeks, depending on HOW PUFFY your eyelids are, you’ll look VERY REFRESHED! I gave them to my 2 daughters (ages 62 & 64) !! Now, they can lose their “under eye” dark circles, and stop looking “tired eyed”! The tall, slim “roller ball applicator”,makes it “QUICK & EASY” to apply, & it lasts 3/4 weeks, if used TWICE A DAY! ! As a woman, I’m very happy with this caffeine eye cream. It has a lightweight texture, absorbs quickly, and keeps the skin around my eyes hydrated. I love the fact that it has the roller it makes the applying process really fun and it makes it feel like it’s actually working but unfortunately I don’t think I noticed that much of a difference! I used it while I was pregnant because during my last pregnancy I was really struggling to sleep and I still wanted to look like somewhat put together with the least amount of effort and so I wanted to give it a try but I didn’t really notice a change unless my circles were getting darker and darker

I am 77 years old, and have had eye bags for as long as I can remember. I have tried quite a few different products that were suppose to reduce bags under the eyes and none of them have even improved the condition. Actually, my problem has been two-fold. There is a swelling under each eye, and then a literal bag under this. The bags under the swelling are sometimes reddened and almost look like they are filled with fluid. Having read the numerous positive reviews on this product, I decided to try it, and, honestly, expected no miracles. I have been using this product twice a day for about 2 weeks. Although I don't see much difference in the swelling directly under my eyes, the eye bags have been greatly reduced an no longer look like they are filled with fluid. Granted, they aren't gone, but I have had them for a very long time, and, as I said, didn't expect miracles. I will continue to use this product in hopes the bags will eventually go away completely. Since I don't have wrinkles to speak of, the elimination of the eye bags would greatly improve my appearance. You may wonder why I bother at my age, but I feel the way you look helps to improve self-esteem. It you look better, you feel better. Besides, how many of us like to hear that we don't look our age. UPDATE 12/25/23: I have been using this product for about 5 weeks twice a day, and have added before and after pictures. Although I don't think the bags are completely gone, they are so much smaller and less reddened than before I started using this product. I am hoping the bags will go away completely eventually, but they are so much better now than they had been. UPDATE 04/07/24: At this point, I have been using this product religiously for about 4 months. Although there was some improvement and my eyebags go smaller the first couple of months. I haven't seem much improvement in the last month or so. I guess nothing works miracles, but this product did help to reduce the size of my eyebags. I plan to continue using the product for a couple more months to see if the last bit of bags just takes a little longer. After that, if there is no further improvement, I will likely discontinue using this product. I hope this review was helpful for you.

I had bought this product last year, i loved it, once it ran put I definitely ordered a new one. Was so excited to use it and when i was putting it on, I smelled a foul odor. Like a wet rag thats been sitting wet for days! I took a better look at the product, the liquid looked brownish. I knew I remembered the first one I bought looked like a transparent color, so the one i just got was definitely bad. And my skin did feel a little weird afterwards. Nothing too serious but I’ll be getting my money back anyways. I will still give it 3 starts because the first one was good and did helped with my dark circles. But definitely be careful, look at it and smell it before putting it on your skin. I was in a rush, trusted the product and it failed me.

This gets one star because I received a defective item and they replaced it free to charge they were very kind. But come on people you need to be realistic, nothing is going to remove under eye bags unless you get surgery. Yes less sodium intake drinking more water, but if you had under eye bags from your younger and it's not age-related or medication related this will not do anything. And the rollerball is not that simple it's actually kind of rough when you think about it since you're eye area is so delicate. Also must let you know even though they were very kind and did a replacement they were from China so they replied that way different times and a few days later but they did reply. Probably better than most places from China. But that's what the one star gets for decent customer service for bad product. Again get a simple under eye cream that will moisturize if you're a woman one that goes underneath your makeup. Get one that is good day and night and stick with it don't get one with fancy ingredients you don't need to pay more than like 15 bucks you're probably best off with one of the well-known brands that sell moisturizers starts with a c ends with an e eye repair cream which let's be realistic is not repairing anything it's going to gently moisturize and won't do anything for bags or circles it will just nicely hydrate your skin. In fact any decent moisturizer a PM moisturizer that doesn't clog pores if you're a gentle enough and you use your ring finger you could use any moisturizer as long as it's safe for your face it's safe for your eyes. But you use just a little bit less nothing that has any retinol in it or anything like that most people use retina at night anyways so what you want is a simple moisturizer for under the eyes anything that adds all these new ingredients all it's doing is adding more irritation and a higher price. This one is fairly priced but it doesn't do much, especially since it's advertised for dark circles and under eye bags nothing is going to stop them except eating correctly, low sodium diet, exercise, great sleep consistent sleep 8 hours a day usually around the same time. You know everything I said almost no one does on a consistent basis. Hope this helps people as I feel many people are being robbed especially many women due to the fact that is always a new ingredient that they want to add to something. Be gentle with your ring finger put a tiny amount a pea size amount at most and you're good to go you don't need anything super fancy because you have genetics and you have age. And that's something we must accept. Or keep spending a ton of money on stuff that's not going to do anything except surgery if you truly have eye bags and circles.

I have been using it for a couple weeks and I am noticing the dark circles are lightening a little bit. My eye lids do not feel nearly as dry and itchy as they have been. Easy to use and feels great.

Here is the but: As one reviewer said, the metal ball feels cool and lovely, however there is a piece of plastic that snags my skin. It is soooo small but the skin is delicate and it feels it. Also, it didn't last 2 months!?? I don't think it was ever full. One lady said it came empty. I have re-ordered as it has dropped in price along with a $5 coupon. That comes to 7 bucks cheaper than last time. As for the product? Great!!
