I got these because I had already heard about carb-blockers but never tried them. So I figured it wouldn't hurt to try these based off of the reviews. I received these in the mail FRIDAY mid-day weighing 151 lbs. Of course I was anxious to try them so I had 2 before lunch and two before dinner. I repeated this routine daily having a heavy breakfast and lunch and a light dinner, taking two carb blockers with breakfast and lunch. I was sure not to exercise or change anything in my diet to see how well the pills work. I weighed myself on SUNDAY MORNING at 145 lbs.FREAKING AWESOME!When I started to throw daily exercise into the routine (jogging 1 mile every evening) I was down another 3 lbs by Tuesday morning.It works! (When used correctly) I say GO FOR IT!P.S.I had no side effects what so ever. No bloating, no uncontrollable bathroom issued, no headaches....nothing. I know that every persons body is different but I actually began to feel fuller quicker. So after 2 weeks I already eat less than what I normally would and still feel full and satisfied. And Im downs 9 lbs... WHOOOO!

I bought this product thinking that it was 1000mg per tablet but it was only 500 and you have to take 2 to get the 1000mg dosage. I bought it because at 1000mg it would have been the best value of all the choices. It was effective in it's claims and I did lose weight but I will have to run the numbers before I re-order and see if there is another brand with better value.

Unfortunately these did not work for me, I had two episodes where I was sick all night, I looked up the side effects and it warned against possible digestinal/stomach problems and diarrhea. It was awful, I took them for about 3-4 wks and I didn't lose ANY weight. After the second bout of illness I stopped taking them and have not had a problem since. Maybe they won't effect everyone the same but beware.

I have been using BioProsper White Kidney Bean Extract Phase approximately a month. I take one tablet before breakfast and two before lunch and dinner. This products helps me feel fuller. I have lost approximately 3 lbs this month without exercise. I am going to begin an exercise program and see if the weight will come off faster. Great product at a great price!!!!

I think this is working great. I take about 6 a day and I have started to get back into my clothes without dieting at all. I don't do many exercises but I sure do know this is working. I am going to order MORE before I can't find it!!!!!!! Nothing has worked like this since I took a very expensive HGC product about 3 years ago. This is easy to take and has no side effects!!!!

I have been taking this for 6 months ( the amount of time to see results for anything) and the first 3 months I took 2 pills and my stomach digested my food faster which made me go to the bathroom alot more but I believe thats why it works, now at 6 months im taking 1 pill and ive lost a total of 15 pounds and my stomach looks smaller and flatter and i have not changed my diet at all!I have been taking it daily with breakfast and dinner and lots of water.

Sorry, but I didn't or feel any difference. I did not lose any weight and/or inches. Not everything is for everybody. I suggest that people try a bottle and see for themselvesl they may have better results than I did.

Price is good, they shipped quickly and correctly. They don't help with weight loss, for me anyway, but do seem to help control blood sugar somewhat. I have to take three or four with a carb heavy dinner to help control blood sugar spikes. They don't seem to work as well with very heavy carb foods but work better with a meal in the 50 carb range or so, again for me. I understand every body functions differently. I have ordered more and keep them with me (wife's purse) for those times I eat out.
