20 Pc Titanium Ceramic Cookware Set Nonstick, Diamond Infused

I LOVE these pans! I cook everything in them and I never have to use butter or oil in them. The handle never gets hot despite how hot the pan itself gets. And clean up is so easy. The grease, grime, and gunk just slides right off the bottom of the pans. I have not had a chance to do any baking yet but I am sure the baking sheets will be just as awesome. I would recommend these to anyone. A great buy!

Very good product. Cooks very well without using oil. Product does what it says it does. Would buy again or more if they came in different sizes.

On my journey to source non-stick, non-toxic pans, I was lured into HexClad because of their persistent marketing. No where on their website does it say you have to use oil to sautee stick free, only to season the pans. Which I did. And they are indeed NOT stick free at all. $700 for nothing. If youre on a budget and want quality pans that are easy to clean (get stainless steel otherwise) this set is a great option. Has everything you need, plus lids. Technically theyre dishwasher safe but I wash by hand for longevity. I especially like the square pan for more deep dish recipes like egg bite omelettes etc. Beware the pan handle DOES get hot if left on the burner for long enough, use a towel to grab.

This is our first set of ceramic cookware. They look great and they have a good weight to them, not too heavy/light and each lid fits perfectly. We've used them a few times now and are really happy with their performance. When cooking we make sure to use low-medium heat and ensure the pan is hot before adding anything to it. So far they distribute heat evenly, we've had no issues with food sticking and they've been very easy to clean off. I would have given them five stars, but the 10" pan came scratched (pictures). Reading reviews it appears the company has an issue with quality control. So far the scratch hasn't been an issue and I'm hoping their warranty will cover it if that ever changes.

I am familiar with GS - I've purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his 'house' (unattached house on our property - lol). THIS set was AWFUL. First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat ... AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn't SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. "AWFUL" does not do them justice. The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just ... cheap. LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries ... You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them). SO, either GS has devolved terribly - which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back. Amazon - STOP 'hiding' negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand - and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. THIS is your top "Negative" Review. Not the three-star one which implies these are 'okay. They're NOT.

Zestaw jest ładny, jednak tylko dwa elementy nadają się na indukcję i działają ale mało wydajnie. Reszta nie zadziała. Jedna z patelni ma wygięte dno przez co olej nie rozpływa się równomiernie. Na zdjęciu oczywiście pokazana patelnia z indukcją. Tacki do pieczenia są wysokiej jakości ale patelnie najgorsze jakie miałem.
