This is a good mini cycle. But please know that the grip of this item is not that great. You need to tag it against a solid surface so that it doesn't move. The pedals have a good snug fit for the feet to go in. The cycle offers a good exercise value. It is ready to use, so pretty much nothing to do on that end. Just take it out, fasten the tightener.

Perfect for Post-Surgery Rehab
Bought this for my dad following his knee surgery, and it has been an absolute necessity for his daily rehab. It's incredibly lightweight and compact, making it easy for him to move and use from his favorite armchair. The adjustable resistance is gentle enough for starting light, but provides enough tension to slowly build strength back up, which his physiotherapist loves.
