Purchased after seeing positive posts on social media, but with a high level of scepticism after disappointing results with other products. I have to admit that this patella support has really helped. Before, every step could be agonising, but now the discomfort is greatly reduced and my knee seems to be recovering. I have not experienced any of the negative issues mentioned in other reviews of the product.

I bought these for my wife. I had read the reviews which seem contradictory. Considering they are sold in one size for men and women, it didn't fit my wife's leg. My wife is not extremely thin but again, the straps were too big. They should make a strap for the smaller leg sizes.

Easy to use and does what it says on the box.

Partner has had pain in his knees for a few weeks, swollen under the cap. Trying to get a doctors appointment is a nightmare. Brought these as looked up online could be patella tendon. He's worn them for a week. Swelling gone down and pain more manageable. He says comfy to wear once got the right tightness. Helps him move around and has started doing exercises. Definitely worth a try for knee pain.

Lorsque l’on un problème au genoux, je pense que ces sangles sont vraiment bien , à mettre juste au niveau du tendon rotulien et je peux marcher plus librement sans avoir peur que mon genoux ce dérobe , je ressens moins la douleur et parfois aucune . C’est si simple et efficace je le recommande.

Voy a ser muy conciso y muy claro. Estoy pudiendo correr tres días por semana con una tendinopatía rotuliana que derivó en degeneración del tendón, gracias a este tipo de producto. Sencillo pero muy efectivo, además de duradero. Hace años que los uso de diferentes marcas y éste concreto lo he vuelto a adquirir un par de años después para llevarlo en diferentes mochilas y lo tengo todavía en perfecto estado. Probé uno hace un tiempo que en teoría era mucho más sofisticado de la marca FUTURO, con una ruedecita que graduada la intensidad de sujeción y demás (el triple de caro también) y por ahí está perdido sin uso porque me generaba molestias y era muy incómodo. La cuestión es que la tendinopatía rotuliana es molesta, dolorosa e incapacitante. A mí me dejó postrado sin poder correr durante bastante tiempo e incluso un doctor de reconocido prestigio, especializado en rodillas, me recomendó con la petulancia característica de los que trabajan con futbolistas profesionales, que no corriera, "que lo importante a estas edades era trabajar". Bien, pues únicamente con haberme recomendado esta cintilla no habría quedado como uno de los elementos formantes de una flor. Me acuerdo de él cada vez que voy mejorando mis marcas y principalmente cada vez que disfruto de mi "yoga en movimiento", que es como le llamo yo al "running". Solo el que disfruta de correr como una terapia absoluta entiende la importancia que tiene para muchas personas hacerlo. Si sufres de problemas del tendón rotuliano, antes de dejar de correr, cómprate este producto y pruébalo. El precio medio es ridículo por el efecto que tiene. Al absorber parte importante del impacto y redistribuirlo, consigue que la zona inflamada e incluso desgastada (como es mi caso) sufra menos. Personalmente estoy corriendo casi cada día gracias a esta cintilla. Evidentemente, milagros los justos y he acompañado mis rutinas atléticas con trabajo específico de fuerza y algún antiinflamatorio de vez en cuando si veo que la cosa se desboca. Ahora mismo el Ibuprofeno está cogiendo polvo porque solamente lo tomo una vez al mes aproximadamente (y únicamente la mitad de la pastilla de 600mg), cosa que me congratula enormemente porque por todos es sabido que no es una medicación para tomar de forma rutinaria. En resumen, bueno, barato y lo de bonito no sé si es especialmente necesario para un producto así (que tampoco es feo). Lo bonito al final es poder levantarte por la mañana y sentir tu cuerpo en plenitud, practicando esa religión que solo algunos entendemos y que tantísimo nos hace disfrutar. Ahora le llaman "running" y a mí me parece genial porque ha ayudado a su popularización. Yo siempre le llamé correr, pero le podría llamar "psicólogo gratis" y seguramente sería la mejor definición.
