CreativeWare 3 Gallon Beverage Dispenser With Ice Cylinder And Fruit Infuser

This is my second purchase of this item. We use these as water or sangria dispensers for family parties and women’s club events. They work great!! They’re very durable but attractive.

Ideal container. Easy to assemble and stack within itself makes for easy storage. No leaking. Light weight.

I purchased the Triton dispenser for a party I was hosting and was very pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and operate. There were three things about this that prevented me from giving it 5 stars, though. First was the icecolumn -- you can put ice in the ice column to keep your drink cold without watering it down, and that worked quite well. If you didn't want to put ice in it, however, it would be quite buoyant and try to float out of the drink. As it's attached to the top lid of the dispenser and that lid doesn't screw down, that makes the lid pop off as well. This is really only an issue if you want to use the infuser, which fits around the ice column. Otherwise, you can unscrew the ice column and not use it at all. Second was the proximity of the infuser to the spigot inside the dispenser. If you have any smaller fruit that makes it through the slats in the infuser (i.e. bits of strawberry), there is very little clearance between the plastic infuser and the spigot so those bits may block the liquid from getting through. This can be fixed by taking the top off and moving the ice column/infuser away from the spigot temporarily. Lastly, the spigot looks like it's a higher-quality chrome spigot but it is plastic. The handle to operate the spigot is a little tight. None of these are bad enough for me to regret the purchase. In fact, I think if I need another dispenser I would purchase this again.

I love this dispenser.. but, I dropped the ice cylinder on a concrete floor and broke a piece of it and need to order another ice cylinder. Not sure how to order just the cylinder. Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered this to use during the holidays for serving punch made of champagne, lemonade, gingerale, vodka and raspberries. It performed flawlessly - no leaks, easy to use, and the ice column kept the punch cold without diluting it. It is well made and easy to clean. I tested it before use, filling it with water and letting it sit for a few hours, periodically testing the spigot. So far its been used 3 times for 6 hour periods. I chose this dispenser because it is not glass which makes storage easier, it has a simple, modern design, is BPA free and it has the ice column to chill without diluting. The positive reviews were also a factor.

Very nice beverage dispenser! Quality was excellent. It didn't leak at all. The container inside for infusion was good. I placed fruit in it and it made for a pretty addition to my 70th birthday party!

I ordered this over the summer and I am so glad I did! We entertain a lot and enjoy throwing parties. I like to do a big alcoholic punch for gatherings instead of mixing drinks all night. This works perfectly and holds so much! I have used it with and without the inserts. The ONLY thing I ever had issue with was the center floating out of the the liquid. Simply due to it being lighter than the weight of the fluid. I had placed reusable ice cubes in the center section...it kept floating up and out so I simply dumped the reusable ice cubes in with the liquid. If you do not fill the dispenser this will not happen ... or if the items you have in the center weight more. I do not find the center to be something that I will use a lot. I have made sangria, rum punch, a dead and dirty grasshopper (Halloween), peach tea, fruit punch blends and not once have I had any leak. I do make sure the spout is tight at each washing. I have ordered a second one so that I can do one for adults and another for kids. Oh! Also... you cannot beat the value! I have friends that have nicer glass dispensers that have purchased this due to how much it holds and the fact it does not leak. Truly recommend the item.

I ordered this to replace one that I bought 10 years ago that had been dropped and cracked. Before it hit the floor, it looked a little battered, but it worked perfectly well. This one arrived, and I put it up on the shelf until I needed to use it. Yesterday, I was having 20 women for lunch and I took it down to fill with a beautiful ice cylinder I had made and a lemon iced tea. Unfortunately, it seems that when they assembled the dispenser and put the valve into it, they cracked the plastic. Of course, I didn’t notice this until I had already filled it and tea leaked all over my tablecloth. It is not possible for me to return it to the manufacturer or Amazon, because I live in a foreign country and have to ship it here through a freight or forwarding service. So basically, I threw my money right in the garbage. I’m very disappointed. I would order another one, but I have no assurance that it will be in any better shape when it arrives than the first one.

Use it a lot for commercial service. Good size, decent quality for the price.

Used this for large Christmas gathering with the family and it worked great, no leaking and kept the punch cold.

Just perfect for use in our condo kitchen for Event get togethers!!
