I bought this repair kit to finally fix the bifold doors in my wash room. I was tired of them constantly sliding off the rails and never sitting right, and this kit turned out to be exactly what I needed. The parts fit well and made the repair straightforward. Once everything was installed, the doors were back on track and sliding smoothly like they should. It immediately fixed the issue that had been bothering me for a long time. This is one of those repairs I kept putting off, but after using this kit, I honestly wish I had done it sooner. It saved me from dealing with crooked doors and made the room feel finished again. There's no closet track included, so if your track’s worn too, you’ll need to order that separately. Still, this kit did the job beautifully at a great price.

The product's listing on Amazon had more detail than there were instructions that came with the product. I was led to believe the product would work on any typical by-fold doors. But the instructions that came with the product assumed pre-drilled holes and just instructed you to tap their fittings into those pre-drilled holes. But nothing told you where to position those holes if you had to drill them yourself. The moving roller guide was only for tracks that were at least 7/8" and because mine were 3/4", I couldn't use the set even it I could have figured out where on my doors to drill the holes. I so dislike products that come with such incomplete instructions. How hard is it to provide complete, detailed instructions? So I sent the product back. For some applications, I'm sure it might work fine. Just not for mine. I'm not sure from their description how you could tell if they would work for yours.

Worked perfectly, cheaper in long run to buy 2 instead of 1 and faster delivery. This was an exact same replacement. Fits well and appears to be a durable.

Easy to install without instructions. A pantry door laid low by snapped hinges brought back into service in a few minutes. (There had been no door for months as I did not even think of such a repair kit)

After reseating a bifold door for the hundredth time, I decided it was time for some new hardware. Surely the door industry has come up with a better solution by now, right? This kit came with essentially the same hardware I already had, except the rectangular spring-loaded guide has been replaced with a wheel — a major upgrade. I believe the old guide was often to blame for rough operation and the door popping out of the track. However, the other weak point — the top pivot bracket that installs into the track — hasn’t changed (at least not in this kit). I had just as much trouble tightening the set screw enough to keep it from sliding as I did with the original. That might be partly because my tracks have seen better days and probably should've been replaced too. I've now replaced the hardware on all three bifold doors in my house with this kit, and they’re operating much more smoothly. Installation was pretty straightforward. The only minor issue was that the pivot pins and guide wheel were a bit loose in my doors, but a couple layers of hockey tape made them fit snugly.
