It is not as tall as the picture shows with the woman and child however great product sturdy gate just a smidge taller than average baby gate. Super product. Id using for.big dogs i would opt for a taller gate. Saftey good, easy install, lock great ans good fit.

Description and size etc are exactly as described. It's pretty easy to fit and install. The bit that really annoyed me was the stickers on the product. One of them peeled off really easily as they all should. The rest are stuck on so hard it took ages to get them off and the sticky residue they left behind. It's not like you need to leave them on as you wouldn't be able to read them and I don't want stickers visible on my door furniture.

Looking after my sons Shiba Inu & needed to contain him safely so this is perfect. I read the instructions & they’re a bit misleading so spent ages trying to screw the holders in when actually you just rest them in the hole & then adjust when it’s in place. Once that was sorted it fit very well! It only swings one way (so the clip on the bottom of the door is useless) but is secure & easy to use.

Great tall stair gate. Easy to install. It’s so good this is the second one I’ve ordered to use on another door.

Disappointing Design and Delivery I bought this stair gate with practical expectations for a compony calming to be in this business's over 20 years you would have thought they would have ironed out the issues by now. just a stair gate after all but unfortunately, it let me down in a few key areas. First, the item arrived with scratches, and while the box was a bit torn, I let that slide. It’s the actual product that matters, and scratches straight out the box aren’t ideal. better packing would or could have prevented that. The bigger issue was the installation. The manual makes a point to say that the visible gap in the gate is normal and will close once the pressure mount is in place. Fair enough except it doesn’t. On one side, the screws go all the way in. On the other side, they stop three-quarters of the way, leaving the whole thing loose and unstable. It looks like a design flaw. They could have easily used a threaded insert to allow full screw depth on both sides, but instead, it’s slack and ultimately impossible to secure properly even though I ordered the correct size for my doorway. maybe mine just didn't have the thread inside the metal , who knows but hollow tubes, was not going to secure nothing. Another frustration is the return process. They require you to print a label, which seems unnecessarily complicated in this day and age. Why not allow drop-off at a local store with a QR code for scanning? Not everyone has access to a printer or wants one. Finally, the bolt that connects the door is designed to clip in permanently, presumably to discourage returns. It’s a one-way lock. Thankfully, I was able to get it back out by wrapping paracord around it and pulling firmly, but the average user might struggle with that. It’s a shame, really. It could’ve been a decent product with a few small design improvements and better support around returns. But as it stands, I can’t recommend it.

I have rated it 3 stars as mine may have been a manufactures fault as it was extremely defective. I personally would have given a much lower score if I didn’t think it was,this has not been confirmed though so I hope it is just a one off.This gate was delivered perfectly fine, we have had many baby gates in the past as we have 3 kids and a multitude of pets. We have weird size doors and door frames so this gate felt like the ideal gate. However, it was delivered and my husband went to build it,this is where we encountered a ton of problems. The bolts that were included in this package are by far the wrong size bolts for the holes on the baby gate itself. My husband went to put the first bolt and it just flew down the hole till it was 3/4 of the way down and then it latched on and wouldn’t go any further down,tighten or anything. This meant that bolt would not be easily removed. All the bolts and holes were like this. We tried pliers, we tried the hammer and nothing would remove even one of the bolts.We got stuck with a baby gate that we could not build but the frame was far to large to return since the bolts just would not come out and couldn’t even be used due to them heavily sticking out and spinning around. Inside the already made holes were very sharp sticky out bits and that is why i think the bolt wouldn’t go any further down and it was latched on. Even with the sharp insides down the hole,if it didn’t have these, the bolts would still just slide down 3/4 of the way and you couldn’t even twist them down. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of 1, is because it is clearly a manufactures fault, 2) it is a pretty design and 3 it is cheap. However I have knocked 2 stars off for this annoying fault,the effort that has to go in to try to return an item that is huge and you cannot unbuild it and overall,it is an absolute pain in the rear end to build with these many faults and there’s cheaper and better on the market.

Extremely easy to set up, which was a huge bonus. Plus, instructions were super clear and understandable. I have a 'springy' Boxer, so was looking for something taller, and this is perfect. Also, I have wide doors, so standard gates never fit. I've placed this at my lounge door, directly next to the front door, so we have no escapes, and I must say the security of it and strength will most certainly stop him getting through. I thoroughly enjoy it being in black - as it looks much more stylish. I had to use the extender that comes with the product. The lock and unlock function is very easy to use, even with one hand. Only downside, is the width of the bars aren't wide enough for my cats to fit through, when the gate is shut. Overall, extremely very happy indeed, and will be purchasing another two for the top of my stairs & kitchen.

Unfortunately I received this item incomplete. The extension piece was missing, therefore instead of the described dimension of 92.7 x 2.5 x 91.4 centimeters, the gate I received was only 70cm wide. It was not in original packaging, no manual (fair enough it’s self explanatory) and the missing extension. I was also disappointed to see that it in fact requires to drill wholes for the “mounting cups”. Alternatively if you don’t want to damage your walls you could just use it without but then it’s very wonky and unstable - it would fall by simple opening the gate. Overall the material of the grill itself is good but the closing mechanism is cheap plastic, which looks as if it would break after a few times using. As a result I have returned this item and will continue searching for a better safety gate.

We purchased two of these tall baby gates—one to stop our staffy and French bulldog from going upstairs, and another to keep them out of our office, which doesn’t have a door. The high ratings from other buyers influenced our decision, and we’re so glad we listened! The gates are great quality and work perfectly to keep the dogs out. Excellent price as well. Highly recommend this design! Also, it arrived within 24h - super fast postage!

Habe diese Türe wegen meiner Hunde und sie hällt Bombenfest auch wenn sie sich zu zweit ( zusammen 45kg) beim spielen degegen rollen schieben schmeissen XD Verschluss etwas Gewöhungsbedürftig am anfang mitlerweile gehts auch mit Kaffee in der Hand :D
