Why does the description state that parts touching the fruit are removable when customers state that the top cone isn't removable?

That is correct, but if you are juicing citrus, the upper part only comes in contact with the peel. You can easily clean the top cone by wiping a cleaning cloth in it.

I'm not sure but i don't think so
