Balance Board - 7 Mode Wobble Board with Roller & Ball

I was Leary to buy this based on the bad reviews, but glad I did. This sits my living room and my husband (180 pounds) uses it at least 10 minutes a day, usually more. I use it a few minutes every other day. There is no sign of damage or breaking. The board has the same top as a skateboard but both my husband and myself have no problem using it barefoot. It's helped with my balance quite a bit and it's an easy thing to jump on and practice. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a great workout tool, especially if you're trying to work on your balance. The quality is nice! I like that it uses a magnet to connect the mounts on the bottom. I think this is a good value. I have had it for almost a year with no problems, and I use it regularly. It's not small enough to practice popping up on it, so if that's what you're trying to do, I'd look somewhere else. This balance board has multiple difficulties; this product would be good for kids.

This was a great purchase. Right out of the box it’s easy to get going. The pieces for the type of balancing you want to do snap and stay and in place easily. This is really durable, as I am 280 lbs and my husband is 290. The board hits the ground like nothing happened, and shows no signs of bending - doesn’t even creak. Honestly impressed. I got this for him because he used to skateboard, but lately his balance has declined, so I thought this would be a fun gift to get him working on his balance that would take him back to his past time. He was annoyed a first because of what o was essentially implying, but now he hopes on it and really seems to enjoy it. He said his legs really burn and it feels great. I gave it a try as well and I can confirm it is a challenge, but not as scary as I thought it would be. The first step and shift was . . . but the learning curve is quick, so I’d say just trust that it gets easier very quickly. It’s honestly fun to see who can hold balance the longest, and try and volley back and forth without touching the ground.

My children and I love this balance board! Ages ranging from 13 to 20 months. Yes, my toddler gets in on the action. He does have excellent balance-and we use it on a padded carpeted floor. This is a lot of fun using it with the roller, we haven't advanced to using the ball yet. I have tried it and it is much more challenging. I absolutely recommend this balance board! Sturdy build, very grippy. A worthwhile investment when you have children- balance toys have been studied and are shown to improve children's focus in their learning. Look into it!

Looped this equipment into the balance part of my exercise program. The wobbling is very helpful for my efforts to improve balance. After using for a couple of weeks, I am convinced I made a very good choice. The adjustable stoppers are an especially useful feature. Highly recommend.

This is honestly the only balance board I've ever used but I can say with confidence that I chose correctly. It's a really great size for me as I'm able to do squats on it when using the roller and the non-slip material covering the top surface works really well so that even if my feet are sweaty, I'm not slipping at all. I've seen other reviews complain about the adjustable magnet parts being loose or not holding well but I've had zero issues using it almost daily for close to two months now! I think the difficulty skills really well and I've just upgraded to using the ball which totally changes the game as you have to balance in every direction. Overall, I feel the value for money is absolutely there with this board as it provides a solid tertiary workout that gets me sweating at the end of the day and I can feel the stabilizer muscles in my ankles getting stronger. Little tasks like standing on one leg to put on my socks and shoes are easier and I don't ever tip over anymore I'd recommend this to anyone and if you need some support starting off then use a wall or a tall, sturdy object and you will be shocked at the progress that comes with consistent use!

This board is very well made and the magnetic parts are convenient. I wish it had come with more clear instructions on setting up for skill levels and some basic exercises. I went online and found what I needed. However the little bit of instructions that came with this were confusing and limited

I’m really happy with this balance board. The surface is truly non-slip, which makes it feel very safe during workouts. The kit is impressive—it comes with various side stoppers (the width is perfect for me) and circular ones. The included ball adds a lot of variety. I use it for push-ups, squats, or just for standing to improve my balance. It’s built well enough for both beginners and professionals. Highly recommend!

The board is very popular with children and adults - we are all tranning on it. It is recommended to place it on a simple mattress (like a camping mattress). I think it is suitable for ages 6 and up. The top is rough and there is no fear of slipping off it. It is very clear how to connect the black plastics and change the level of difficulty.

La planche a l'air solide, (contreplaqué 12 couches), on peut deplacer très facilement les cales pour limiter le mouvement. Le rouleau est un peu caoutchouteux mais pas trop. J'ai essayé sur un tapis fin, ça ralenti beaucoup (peut être apprécié au début). Sur du parquet c'est bien. Le rouleau se décale un peu en angle car mon sol n'est pas assez plan mais c'est gérable. Se mettre devant une porte ouverte pour se tenir aux murs si besoin. (La notice conseille un casque au debut !). Ça fait travailler des muscles qu'on a pas l'habitude de sentir dans les pieds, chevilles, genoux, hanches, dos. Un peu cher (76€).

I absolutely love this balance board! It’s a great size and feels very sturdy and well made. I especially like that there are several ways to use it — it comes with a roller as well as a ball, with stoppers on the board for different balance exercises. It makes it much more interesting and versatile than a basic balance board. Really great quality and one of my favorite purchases!

This was one of my best purchases. Learning to use this has helped saved me from some potentially pretty serious injuries. There have been times at work that I unknowingly stepped off the end of my work platform and because I’d being using the balance board I was able to land on my feet, no problem. Same with walking on snow covered sheets of ice, yes I slipped but I was able to steady myself without injury. I highly recommend getting one of these. It’s a lot of fun and will absolutely help you. * i use this on a slip proof bath mat * and would recommend you get the same for starting at least
