Math Mammoth Grade 5-B Worktext

Love the way this book explains fractions. It is helping not only my daughter but it helps me explain to her how to figure or the problem.

This is our 3rd year using math mammoth and it continues to work well for my kiddos! I love love love the ease of how this math curriculum works. Plus the free online math videos are amazing for parents that have to teach more then one kiddo! I would recommend this product!

This math series is excellent. It provides rigorous but attainable instruction. Kids need a solid math experience, and this curriculum does a great job. The videos available at the math mammoth website are well done and helpful. This series is a perfect antidote to a watered down math curriculum!

I have been very pleased with this curriculum. We have used it for the past few years, covering grades 1-5. I like the mastery approach, while still spiraling back for some review. Each concept is taught in multiple ways, allowing the student to eventually use whichever method works best for them.

Grateful for this book. It allowed my son to complete his math independently without arguments.

Love these books! I buy them on rainbow resource center website now because amazon only carries black and white versions, and my son prefers ones in color. These are great for practice and do have tips and short explanations. But if you need very detailed explanations, you'll have to use something else to supplement. We love this format though.

This book was recommended by a friend. It's my first year homeschooling my daughter who is in 5the grade. I like that the course material follows what she would be learning this year in public school. However, there is very little instruction for each concept, and as the teacher it's been a bit hard for me to help explain concepts when my daughter doesn't understand them.
