I don't often leave any reviews but I just have to with this Clothes Steamer! I hate ironing and at one point in my life I had 5 children in school uniforms! All have now flown the nest but I still dislike ironing..my daughter recommended I get a Steamer..after reading reviews I decided on this one and it doesn't disappoint! Not a crisp look that ironing gives but a perfectly acceptable non crease look! 👌I will definitely be using this for garments that would normally need ironing! I 100% recommend this product.

I challenge if tefal has a bad customer like me less than 24 hours this products has been destroyed and send it back to the factory in order to fix it. I’ve been waiting more than 25 days now and that’s really sucks.

I purchased this item back in 2024, and on two separate occasions, the steamer malfunctioned. The first time I had it repaired, and then some months passed, I experienced the same issue as before; however, it does a great job at steaming and getting rid of creases on my pillowcases.

What is the Turbo button for if it works with the same amount of steam as on the Delicate? Is this just for fun? The steamer is very heavy. Your hand gets tired instantly. It is not powerful at all. I couldn't steam daytime curtains. I don't recommend it.

The feeling that someone used the steamer, because at the first use there was some kind of sand, there are not enough elements in the kit, the steamer itself is not bad, but for dense fabrics it takes more time and effort. If the product was returned by someone and the same product was sent to other buyers, at least check the availability of all parts and indicate in the description that the product was used.

I’m disappointed. It looks like it was used before by someone else and when I tried it there were pieces of scale all over my T-shirt. I expected a better quality from Teefal
