Since none of this has spf, when do i apply it and will i still get the glow?

This is definitely your preference. A lot of people want to take really good care of their face and would apply most of these products morning and night. It is always recommended to clean and moisturize your face before bed so that your skin will get the best benefit. Some people prefer to use it in the morning so that their make up goes on more easily. What works best for you? That's what you should do.
