VERY BAD QUALITY
The quality of the product is pathetic. I had requested for return on the very same hour of receiving it. The picture on Amazon was very colourful body but what we received was only black which was again of very poor plastic. I tried writing and pushing button to erase but it did not happen. There was no colourful pen with this. Just because costumer paid in advance don’t cheat them.I WANT TO RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK.PLEASE don’t buy this.

Item Defective
The media could not be loaded. This is very bad that when you buy a set of say 10 pieces and 5 are defective, you can’t get an refund or replacement. I received so many defective pieces, distributed them, but now can’t replace the defective ones.

Product in product detail are much quality but actually received one is not good quality. The writing is bearly visible on tablet.Overall not a impressive writing tool at all
