Very well made durable bit of kit- you can certainly get a pump! The adjustable resistance is great, from quite easy to oh my god I can’t move it. Great value for money, easy to use and does the job perfectly

Make sure the nut under the piston is done up tight. It came undone on me and the thing fell apart. I almost broke myself in the process.Other than that, great device.

I bought this for my old man who is into exercise and training muscles. He really likes it and uses it every other day. He said to me that the quality of it is great and well made.I tried this for myself and it feels amazing to use, you can work out a lot of muscles with this trainer. As I tried it, I found it to be most beneficial for the chest. I like how easy it is to adjust the tension of it. The more you twist the adjuster, the more it becomes harder to press together. I quite like level 10-12, the highest level seems near impossible. I think of it as the higher the tension, the slower it is to press but the more effort you have to use to accomplish a rep.I do recommend this!

Saw these on TikTok and thought it was just the latest rubbish gimmick. But... I've put in almost no effort, just using it for a few minutes every day, and the results on my chest are amazing. Just 20-30 reps in the various different positions, and after a month my whole chest is tighter, and my arms more defined. And that's without any other gym work. So in other words, great for lazy people. And it's sort of encouraging me to try more exercise, which has to be a good thing.

Excellent product for anyone like me who has gone to 'seed' in their old age. Easy to set up and use, few excercises to follow. Good size, so easy to handle in front of the body and behind.

Great product but the item received was already used and obviously returned by someone else as there were scratch marks and a missing clip, the box had also been re-sealed. It's a shame as bought this for my husband as a gift which he loved but sadly had to return.

Ein Spitzengerät ! Man kann die Brust in allen Anteilen treffen und auch den Bizeps gezielt bearbeiten. Auch die Übungen für die Rückenpartie sind funktionell,. allerdings teilweise unkonfortabel wenn man hier durch jahrelange weigthed Pull Ups schon etwas breiter ist.Die fliesende Wahl es Widerstands, der es auch Einsteigern möglich macht mit dem Gerät zu trainieren und der wirklich gute Anpassungen zulässt ist eine richtig tolle Sache.Durch die Natur der Wiederstands per Hydraulikzylinder kann man leider nur großen Nutzen aus der konzentrischen Bewegung ziehen, die exzentische Bewegung ist relativ kraftlos. Hier sind die Armtrainer ( power Twister ) auf Federbasis natürlich im Vorteil und jeder der lange trainiert weiß : die exzentrische Bewegung tut ebenfalls viel für den Muskel.Im Fazit ersetzt dieses Gerät kein komplettes Gym und richtet sich auch eher an der Oberkörper aber unter diesen tragbaren Trainingsgeräten ( und ich bin viel auf Reisen, es passt gut in den Koffer ), ist dieses Gerät ganz klar ein 5 Sterne Teil.Ich wünschte mir wie immer es wäre eine vernünftige Trainingsanleitung dabei, das ist leider auch hier nicht der Fall. Es gibt aber einiges auf Youtube oder TikTok dazu und die Übungen mit den Königsfedern kann man damit auch in Regel durchführen, teilweise sogar deutlich sicherer.
