What a great bike! I’ve been shopping around for an electric bike for a couple of months, looking for the best deals with everything I wanted and I found it. Great ride, performance is what it’s supposed to be and a good price. No regrets.

Realy like the bike so far. lower end price but overall quality seems to be very good.The bike on amazon was pictured and said it came with a bike lock, wasnt in the box at all, would appreciate it being sent!

Let me start by saying we love our bikes! My wife and I were looking to buy e-bikes but didn’t want to spend a ton of money either. We also didn’t want bikes with the small wheels and it had to be foldable. When we found this one my wife immediately ordered hers while I waffled for a couple of days looking for something I might like better. After not finding anything better I ordered mine. Shipping was fast and arrived very well packaged. The first one took about 45 min to unpackaged and assemble. Instructions were clear and it was quite easy to assemble.My wife is 5’1” (and a 1/2) so I set the seat to as low as possible and it is good for her but if you are much shorter this might not be the bike for you. Likewise, if you are much over 6’1” the bike will be too small.This bike has 5 pedal assist modes and 7 gears with top speed being 20mph at the factory setting. I was able to figure out how to adjust one setting for a higher top speed. You can turn off pedal assist and use it as a conventional bike or you can only use the throttle (that’s me). There is also a walk mode that helps you if you are walking your bike uphill.The most surprising feature for me was how comfortable the seat is. We hate those skinny seats with no padding. We’re able to ride for hours in comfort.We haven’t yet gone on a super long ride to see how far we can go on one charge. We live in a hilly area area went for 2 rides without charging the battery between rides. One ride was about 18 miles up and down hills and another about 13 miles also up and down hills. The first ride I didn’t pedal but the second I did because I was worried my battery would die if I didn’t. In the end or batteries were about 50%.When we first got our bikes I noticed mine would randomly shut off, sometimes riding along and other times when going over bumps. Sometimes I would just turn the bike back on and others I would have to jiggle the key or turn off the key and back on. My wife did not have any problems with her bike.I contacted the seller to tell them about the issue and Jessica asked me to video the issue but I wasn’t able to because it was so intermittent. However, I did capture one issue and I sent the video. After a couple emails back and forth, Jessica said they were going to send me a new key mechanism. After not receiving the key, I contacted Jessica again and she upgraded me to a new battery so that she could get my issue resolved! She sent a tracking number and after receiving the new battery I haven’t had any issues. This is the kind of company that deserves my business. Jessica was very responsive and resolved my issue to my satisfaction.

This electric bicycle is one of the best purchases that I have made from Amazon. I have miles of hiking and biking trails near my house and this Isinwheel D4 just eats them up. I typically ride about 5 to 6 miles each ride and the battery hardly moves off of 100% charge. It's sportier looking than most of the other bikes, goes up to 25 MPH if you dial up the speed settings and is really a hoot to ride! Isenwheel Direct shipped my bike very quickly and it was packaged extremely well. I would not hesitate to recommend this bike to others, and I would buy it again!

I got this for my husband it didn't even last 2 weeks. They sent videos and parts. This is ridiculous it still don't work. What a waste of money.

I got the scooter a couple months ago, and I'm so happy for my decision. I had some question and Jessica( from customer service) always answered everything fast and kindly.I'm so happy and I recommended 100%

I had to get a new bike for commuting back and forth to work and this bike delivered. I was on the fence between a couple different brands but I’m glad I went with this one. The customer service has been great from start to finish and I would recommend buying from this company again or for the first time.

I have it for one week now, and I am fully comfortable. The gravity point is low so it makes the bike well balanced and easy to manoeuvre. On a fairly flat trip, without pedaling, the battery will take me for 80 km! (I am slim, 5'7"). I added mirrors, I received a lock, I got a helmet, all set! It was well package, it arrived in a mint condition, the booklet was very clear, and it was easy to put together (30 min.). Overall, I am extremely happy with the bike, and as a bonus, I get a lot of compliments about it!

Big powerfull bike, the only things i dislikes are:the brakes and the gears. This is just my opinion,maybe with a small adjustment, i'm not a pro.Fast delivery for the bike. Excellent services.

I ran into a problem with my d4 e-bike . The battery started cutting out . I contacted Isinwheel by email I had a response within 24 hrs. The service people I’ve dealt with were attentive responsive excellent customer service. They are replacing my battery under warranty . Very happy with Isinwheel . As far as the bike is concerned. love the bike. It is quiet peppy tons of power. Fun to ride. I would recommend this bike to anyone

Easy to install and comes with the tools also helped me on other furniture assembling. Also has reliable battery life. I could riding it out of the city and come back.
