Typo, but otherwise useful
I found one typo within the included reference page. The potassium level should read 3.5-5.3 or 5 point something. Instead, it reads 3.5-3. Otherwise the product seems accurate.

Not practical for practice
As others have stated, there’s not enough room for everything you need to write in a day. There should also be a mobility category. And I wish it fit in the pocket of scrubs. The tall version of this is even smaller so it just doesn’t work. It should be one pt per page, not two

Cool book!
Good for nursing students or nurses getting report. I like the perforated pages it keeps the book tidy and you can just rip out a few pages so you dont have to carry the entire book around.
