Great Balloons!
Just as pictured. Had them filled with helium at my local grocery store. The "Happy" balloon should only be filled with air.

I filled these full and they were barely floating. I bought multiple other styles of balloons as well. These were the only ones I had issues with.

Product as described, my only issue was I couldn’t get the sticker to hold the Happy on the round ballon. Ended up using a Cello tape to hold it

When I filled them with helium they looked so cheap and deflated the next day. Dollar store quality.
