The width of the light panel is 2.5". It's very bright, which is enough for my serval plants.

Appr. 7470lux, it is very bright for my succulents.

How much electricity does this led panel use? is it economical to use for 12 hours a day?

They don't use much electricity. I run 9 of them 12 hours a day and my electric bill has not gone up.

Would this be beneficial for the pothos plant?

Beneficial, yes, pothos plants like a cool environment, but long-term shade will cause excessive growth, and the branches will be slender and weak. Putting them on the grow light for about 4 hours per day will help them grow happier. And they are water-loving plants, when using the grow light, the potting soil must be kept moist.
