Great for sugar glass creations!
Melts in a pan or microwave - great for creating panes of "glass" for gingerbread creations.

So easy!!
I had never used Isomalt and was nervous to begin, but once I started you couldn’t stop me. It’s easy, it’s fun, and it sets up quick. I used resin molds and they came out perfectly. So happy with my experiment.

Easy to cook clear isomalt
I liked how easy it was to cook clear isomalt. I’m a sugar artist who enjoys using isomalt in a lot of my cakes or even free standing sugar sculptures so having a good quality isomalt is definitely a necessity.
