Is this Molino grinder use conical burr grind or is it flat/block burr grinder?

Yes. It’s the simplest machine to use. I’ve used it at least twice a day for over a year and it has performed faultlessly

Hi, I recently got this but no matter what setting I put it on the grinds are always incredibly coarse- am I missing something or is it faulty?

It must be faulty as mine grinds very fine to very coarse. It does seem to take a long time however whichever grind setting you are on.

Will this grind coffee to powder. need extra fine (finer than espresso coffee) to make turkish coffee in ibrik. thanks

It's been well over fifty years, since I last had a cup of 'genuine' Turkish coffee, when I was travelling back through various Mediterranean countries: the thing that I remember most, about my first cup - was tipping it back, to get the last drops of the coffeee out of the cup, whereupon it filled my mouth with coffee grounds, which were by no means 'fine.' Although this grinder has a 'fine' setting, it is the 'Espresso' setting. Whilst it is fine, it is not 'talcum powder' fine - so it may not suit your own specific needs?
