I cannot recommend this enough. I have chronic health problems and need to keep my groin area warm, and this little device has honestly been a lifesaver for me. I take it with me everywhere, even when I travel around the world. The battery lasts a very long time, and the device is compact and easy to carry. I have been using it for two years now, and it still goes everywhere with me. Buying this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It helped me so much when I really needed it, and I still use it all the time. Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

This cordless period heating pad is fantastic, has 3 heating settings,also Vibration mode, has Adjustable strap, the inside of the pad is Cushioned, so no matter if it's on the stomach or the bottom of your back, it's comfortable. I've brought 3 now, 2 for my daughter's who both suffer greatly with there monthly pain, and cramps. Both of them have said how much this help. They love it. I also got one for myself, I've had a full Hysterectomy but I still have endometriosis i have chronic pain bowel and kidney issues. I find this really helpful when I'm having Certain flareups. The heat really helps. I would highly recommend this product. Its really easy to charge. Takes 3 hrs to fully charge light girs red when it's running low and green fully charged. and than its lasts days. Its brilliant. Not only is it fantasticly priced. But comes with all you need. Also in a few pretty colours too, all in all this is a must have product for any cramps or pains. I will be buying this as a gift for my friend also. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

So I ordered my item yesterday after suffering with terrible period pains and chronic back ache. Was disappointed that I had to charge it straight out of the box took about 2 hrs. Heat is good u have 3 heat options and it’s hot but not uncomfortable hot. I suffer with chronic back pain so I’ve used it for this the vibration options are good 3 diff ones but I feel if you use heat and vibration battery will run out quicker. I would say I’ve had 4 hrs out of it before need charging again that’s on the highest heat tho. Going to try it today on the middle heat option. Gives me the same comfort as using a hot water bottle the strap is easy and plenty of room if your a bigger person than me(I’m a size 12). It’s elastic too so should be give for all sizes Over all I’m very pleased with this heat pack. I normally use deep heat for my back and apply it up to 8 times a day but haven’t used any of it due to having this heat pad. Can’t comment on period pain but it’s great for my back Give it a go u won’t be dissapojnted

It feels and looks like a quality product. It’s extremely comfortable. It heats up nicely- I was concerned it would not be hot enough and whilst it is not as hot as I have a hot water bottle it’s not warm either. The different vibration settings are decent if annoying to listen to though. It came with some charge in which was handy as I was in pain. The reason it loses a star is because I’d say my period pain is a 6 right now and I can still feel it through the device which probably makes it a 4-5. Whilst it is more without it, I have worn it for an hour and the pain is still very much present. It is much more convenient than a hot water bottle but I’m not sure it dulls the pain as much. I will continue to use it and update my review if that view changes! Update: This thing is so so loud. I don’t think it can really escape that sadly but it’s not one for night time unless you can stand it sounding like a loud phone vibrating/ringing constantly. I personally continue to find a hot water bottle more effective for cramps and I can still feel my cramps through this.

Love this product, from someone who deals with bad period cramps and bad ibs cramps it’s amazing. First one did not charge properly but their contact support was amazing and sent me a new one that now charges properly and they fixed the issue extremely quickly! Recommend to buy! The heat is lovely and super warm! It helps with pain relief and helps with no having the extra weight of a hot water bottle! The timer works great! Definitely worth the value of money, it’s a great product!!!

After a few months it has stopped charging correctly. Not reliable so couldn’t recommend. Reduced rating. I use this for cramps. Though it’s great for travel I don’t think it’s as effective as a hot water bottle due to the smaller surface area and the highest heat setting draining the battery quickly. The vibration setting also always comes on by accident in my bag which can be annoying. I fear it may stop working soon due to charging issues. But overall it’s an ok product, good idea.

This is a fantastic device that can be used for providing heat and/or massage to any part of the body, not just the stomach. The pad is covered with a soft material that is very comfortable on the skin. I did not experience any discomfort while wearing the device for extended periods of time. The band can be adjusted from very small to very small, so anyone can use it, not just women with period pain. There are several heat settings and a variety of vibrating modes too. There is a timer for shutting off so it can be used safely while lying in bed. The device is actually smaller than depicted in the photos, but I actually prefer it being more compact. It could easily be placed in your bag or packed in your suitcase for a trip away. I was impressed to find that it accepts a usb-c cable for charging as more and more devices are moving towards this standard. I'm very satisifed with my purchase, and find the device much more convenient to use than a hot water bottle. Highly recommended.

Quand j'ai mes règles comme elles peuvent être normales (douleurs peu agréables mais ça va je peux vivre normalement) ou très douloureuses à la limite de tomber dans les pommes ! Je ne prends pas de médicaments de toute façon ça ne marche pas. À part faire des analyses et des échographies et essayer de comprendre ce qui va pas, j'utilise cet appareil ! En plus l'hiver quand j'ai mes règles j'ai plus froid donc il régule ma température et me tient au chaud à une température raisonnable je le mets à haute température qq minutes par dessus mes vêtements (culotte + débardeur + sous pull) et dès que ça chauffe bien au bout de 5mn je mets en chaleur douce et ça maide bien... Je peux travailler tranquillement au bureau ça apaise mes douleurs (ce n'est pas magique mais ça apaise) et ça tient longtemps chargé ! Je l'ai porté à peu près 2 jours chargé. Quasi toute la journée. Mais je recommande ni les vibrations (j'aime pas ça) ni trop haute température car ça brûle un peu ça agresse un peu trop la peau... Bref à chaleur douce on se sent dans un cocon et on apprécie et surtout c'est un secret personne ne sait que tu as tes règles car tu n'es pas plié en deux ! Par contre je n'ai pas réglé l'histoire du pantalon... Il faut avoir un pantalon qui se ferme sur l'appareil donc pas trop serré car ça prend un peu de place comme une grosse ceinture... Je pourrai me sentir un peu plus libre grâce à cet engin si on sort voir des amis aussi etc. Bref merci tu as changé ma vie😊 à essayer pour les filles comme moi !

Very handy, especially when I’m away from home. It has helped me with my cramps or even lower back pain. The battery life is pretty good, and it gets nice and warm. The only thing is the massage is more of a vibration which I’m not really a fan of but to each its own! It’s really such a good device my friends have even used it at work.
