I have yet to find a low carb bar that I love. These are ok. The flavor is sort of weak and the crunchiness is a bit strange. I will eat them, about 1/2 a bar when I am really hungry as a filler between meals.

I bought these bars to use as a post workout snack. I purchased the chocolate kind so that’s what I’m reviewing. I really like that they are vegan and made from natural foods. They have 11 grams of protein and 14 grams of fiber which I value highly as well. The taste is not great, but I’ve tried a lot of protein/fiber bars in my time and they are usually pretty terrible. The chocolate bar is okay. Definitely easier to eat than some others I’ve tried. You’re not going to be eating them like candy, but they’re definitely not what I would consider bad. It’s a good thing they don’t taste like candy because that fiber hits hard. A single bar has 14 grams of fiber and trust me you can definitely tell a few hours after eating it. It has made me very regular so be aware of that before you eat one. Overall not a bad fiber/protein bar. Taste is alright and the nutrition is top notch. I recommend if that’s what you’re looking for.

The first box I got of these, I loved. Every box since had been moldy. The first time I thought it was a storage issue on my side, after that, I started checking them immediately on arrival. Finally canceled my autoship. might be different ordering direct from LyfeFuel, where they haven’t been sitting in an Amazon warehouse for whatever time period. But I buy their protein powder, so have just been using that in other recipes instead since it’s truly shelf stable.
