Very cool. Base is a bit lightweight.
This is great. I love it. I always wanted one of these plasma balls as a kid. It has a switch on the side which confused me at first. In the first position the ball responds to audio inputs. Loud sounds and vibration mostly. It will briefly flash or turn on. The markings in the injection molded base are a bit hard to see, so I didn't realize that this wasn't actually "on". This is not a problem with the product, just something to be aware of. The trick is after you click the switch to what you think is the "on" position, you have to click the switch a second time past the first position. This is the real "on" position, and the plasma ball will stay on continuously.The base is very, very lightweight. Don't put this device anywhere it might get bumped because there's no mass to hold it to a surface.Overall an excellent product at an incredibly low price. I love this thing. It's been on a shelf operating continuously since I bought it.

Looks awesome, my 8 year old son loves it.
Plasma Ball is bright and the electric follows your fingers which is really cool. Has a sound feature that pulses to sounds, it can be hit or miss but is also a nice feature. I saw these at museums as a kids and now my son has one of his own at home!

Works as expected!
My daughter just had to have this for her birthday! It works great, and even has a sound reaction feature that I didn’t know about. She was so excited to show everyone her “electricity ball”! Great product for the money!
