I have 2 of these but give different readings. Can they be tested or calibrated in anyway?

Sorry I found them pretty useless different temp each time on same oven setting. would not buy another. Sorry if this isn't helpful

How long can this be left in the oven? Can it be in the oven ~2hours for baking?

You can keep it in the oven I never take mine out the only exception would be when cleaning.
