Issue after 2 years and im not getting my details for warranty claim in my shopping app
Fridge is good but today i facing poblem with the cooler process and i have lost my manual and invoice im not able to get my invoice in app also and i have connected with near by care service for check they need my invoice kindly help me for my details of wrranty .

Delivery was timely. Packing was good. But had issue with "open box delivery process" , the delivery person didn't unpack the box despite our repeated requests and he told us that a technician will call in 24 hrs and do the installation. In reality this product doesn't come with a default installation. I had to escalate with Amazon and Amazon promptly provided desired support by assigning a technician on the very next day who did the unpacking, set-up and briefed product usage tips. Proud to be a long & loyal Amazon customer. Product is good and as per specs. Thank you AMAZON for your amazing support.
