Missing parts
Overall a good buy it’s comfy and fits in my dorm nicely. The screws and washers were just loose in the back compartment and we were only able to find 3/8 washers and had to buy more. I also got 9/8 screws. There was a small hole in the cushion near the base when we opened it as well. Otherwise it’s nice for the price.

I love my new futon! A warning for buyers: check the cost of shipping and handling. It can be quite pricey depending on your address.

Solid Futon, just lacks cushion
The futon is solid, and works as intended. The only issue is that the seats have very thin cushions, so sitting on it for hours can lead to your bottom being sore. If ya sit on a pillow or something, this isn't an issue, but take note for anyone planning on using this as a couch or bed.

Poor quality
Very disappointed with the couch, did not last me very long only 3 months and it broke on me, the leather is already ripping, I do not recommend buying from them again. The leather is already ripping apart and I don’t even have pets or any animals, the 2 legs on the back of the couch are broken very cheap made does not last long.

The back leg screws yea using are way to short I ended up putting in 3 concrete slabs in one side leg wouldn't stay in place otherwise it is comforble to sleep on
