One of the best white eyeliner pencils there is
I have bought many white eyeliner pencils and most of them are problematic in that ultimately the bits and pieces end in the eye. This pencil stays on very well, looks smooth, does not flake, and is nice to use (soft).

Not the same Max Factor as it used to be
The pencil arrived melted. Difficult to apply as it is very soft and breaks every time you press. So most part of the pencil goes in the bin, unfortunately. And also, it smudges and is not water-resistant as it's promised in the description.I have an eye pencil from the same collection from Max Factor that was bought many years ago, and that one is beyond compare. I'm still using it, it's harder, yet it's comfortable to apply and it doesn't break. Sad that this high quality remained in the past.
