From the first day I used this, it helped relieve pain and stiffness.Two things to take note of when reading this review:(1) I only use the neck traction device, not the posture strap.(2) My issue is damage to C4-C5 in my neck after an accident some years ago.I tell you this as your situation may differ, thus getting different results.I use this at night before going to bed, as it suits me best to use it then. Every morning I awake, I feel less pain and stiffness than before using the traction device. The heat is soothing and adjustable, to suit you. I have needed to play around with the precise positioning, as it seems even a small difference in position on your neck, makes a big difference to comfort and I guess effectiveness, so bear that in mind when you first start using it. Also, make sure that you check the instructions on which way around to position it, as one way stretches more than another, you should start with the easier way and progress in time, to the other way with more stretch, if needed. For me, this was a good buy.BTW, if you do have neck problems, you probably also want to use a cervical orthopaedic pillow, I have used one for years, and it also makes a massive difference.

I was sceptical at first as to whether this can actually stretch your neck but after using it everyday for 6 months I am happy to say it works a treat. I can now see into my upstairs bedroom window from the street, I can graze the higher branches of trees and am prolific in the air from set pieces. Amazing.

Very good product! I have a trapped nerve in my neck and it provides good relaxation for my neck and the heat treatment alleviates the pain.

This would be great if it had either a portable option or a longer cable.This needs to plugged into a powersource and unfortunately if I wanted to use this on a massage bed I would need a table and extension lead to use it.

So I know that sounds like a bit of an exaggeration with the title but I’m not exaggerating. This is the third unit I’ve bought because I’ve been so impressed. Story behind that is I have severe jaw issues and was considering surgery. I would have lockjaw and extreme clicking noises coming from my mouth. I bought this product just as a shot in the dark and however it alleviated the pressure in my neck it really worked. The reason is the third product is because I ended up giving the last two to my aunt and my cousin. Each one was having a similar issue one with her jaw and one with her neck. My cousin with the neck issue was actually considering getting Cortizone shots before her Quick meet up with me. When I heard about her issue I offered her an ulterior option and gave her mine. Suffice it to say she loved it and I have not received the other unit back lol. Good luck to you guys if you have similar issues and I’d highly recommend this product before you go to any medication.

Hat mir bis jetzt bereits geholfen. Am Anfang tut es ein wenig weh da der Nacken es nicht gewohnt ist aber es wird von Tag zu Tag besser.

Il est doux. 2 positions (une moins "abrupte"). Il chauffe vite. Je suis satisfait de mon achat. A voir si cela allège mes maux de cou/cervicalgies.
