This particular style does not come in half sizes, only full sizes.

Q: going to the UK on a tour how will these hold up for alot of walking?

I definitely would size up, mine are a size 7 and I really think maybe an 8 would fit better. They are not very comfortable, so long periods of walking and standing might be an issue. If your heart is set on these boots I would try them here first, before going to Europe. I hope that helps you.
