A brilliant item that does the job well. Use it on items of clothing that require reproofing on occasion. Results are as expected. Worth keeping a bottle in, to maintain the quality of your gear all year round. Especially in the UK!

Still the best
I have used this for such a long time and swear by it. WAYYY back in the early days, when I still used tents, I had a go at proofing the outer cover of the sleeping bag. IT ONLY Worked!Nowadays, I stick to the various goretex types and stick two at a time in the washing machine at 20 degrees Synthetic, followed by the same in the tumble drier and this works marginally better that wind blown dry.Only mid Feb and all set for the season.

Decent size bottle
Haven't used it yet but the bottle looks like it will last for quite a while.

Does work but does not return the garments to new
This does work and provides a good way to add some waterproofing back to the garments.I have used this for many years and it does work to a point. You do see beading on the garment, at least initially.I don't think the proofing lasts that long since I soon notice the rain seems to stop beading off the surface and get absorbed into the fabric.Saying that this is better than just washing in regular detergent.Worth if it you don't pay too much for it.
