Ordered for my 90 year dad said there is no power to it. I had him press the "S" button & hold and nothing comes on screen?

It might be defective. Contact customer service and see if they can help. If not they will send you a new one!! They have awesome customer service!

It seems the price for 100 test strips is same as the price of while kit including 100 strips. Does anyone know if other test strips are compatible?
