Had dishwasher for over a week before writing this review nothing not to like does a great job on all items very quiet plenty of functions for all circumstances looks pretty good too value for money would highly recommend,had to contact seller over delivery they are friendly and helpful cannot praise highly enough,

Fantastic, great machine

WARNING: DO NOT BUY THIS BARIDI DISHWASHER. I've only ever written two 'warning' reviews. This is my third. People, don't buy this machine. We bought ours in March 2024. We are a household of two adults & one child. We turn the dishwasher on once daily and use it exactly as we've used every dishwasher we've ever owned. Rinse aid, dishwasher salt, regular machine cleans. Earlier this year, we noticed small amounts of rust forming on parts of the lower tray. Then it spread very quickly and the tray was soon collapsing on itself with bits of rust and outer material falling off in our hands. Plates no longer stack in the tray because the separators have broken off. Never seen anything like it. I contacted the seller/manufacturer, Dellonda, several weeks ago with a number of close-up photos. I was told that their engineers consider this to be a 'salt adjustment settings' issue. I asked to be pointed to that place in the manual which offers helps re salt and settings adjustments. Still not sure what that means as I've never encountered rust inside a dishwasher. There is of course no mention of this issue in the manual and Dellonda remained evasive re their salt theory throughout our comms. I found them to be masters of polite but empty apologies & entirely unhelpful customer service. They were not able to offer a lower tray replacement - even at my cost - and could not tell me where to look for a compatible one. They referred frequently to the 12-month warranty - my mistake, I thought it was 24 months - but no-one buys a dishwasher and expects it to be unusable in just outside of two years. Beyond not offering a replacement part, they would not offer a partial refund or an engineer visit. Laughably, I was offered 10% off other Dellonda products. I cannot trust this manufacturer/seller. Buy better!

Having ordered this from Amazon, and no reflection on the company but your choice of delivery company clearly needs looking into. Absolutely dreadful. Delivery was arranged through Amazon for the following Saturday & no one turned up. I had no contact from them (FedEx) about delivery dates what so ever & they tried to deliver on three different occasions when no one was home. Made two separate complaints & eventually someone spoke to my husband to arrange a delivery date. Then it turned up two days early. Luckily we were home. All that took over a week. Dreadful company. Now to the dishwasher. I love it, im more than happy with it. I particularly like the cutlery tray at the top. Really handy. It's a quiet machine too. Plenty of washing options & also has a half load wash where you can choose to have water coming from one arm instead of both. It's a nice machine. 5*****

Only had this a week and so far so good. Nice looking appliance, easy to use, very quiet. Does the job. Bought to replace an integrated one because my cupboard door kept falling off and I was sick of replacing it. Absolutely love the fact it opens after finishing the cycle and then turns itself off, it's a great function. Really like the top cutlery tray if I only have a few bits as it saves space and makes room for more plates etc on the bottom, and we always have the option of using the holder if needed. It was also one of the cheapest dishwashers I could find that was more efficient. Only didn't give 5 stars because of the time I've had it.

Our old branded dishwasher died a few days after the warranty expired (expensive to repair), and as I hate doing dishes (and the dishwasher significantly reduced our metered waterbill) I struck out to search for a new one. This came up, unknown brand, cheap, very few reviews, but decided to take a punt. It arrived the next day, I plumbed it in. Have now been using it for 4 months daily. The good..it has a unique (to me) cutlery tray that sits on the top drawer. It lifts out and makes stacking easy, and no room lost by a bulky cutlery basket in the lower tray. It has a third mini rotator arm on the ceiling of the dishwasher (rather than the usual two) and so sprays downwards to wash the cutlery. The room in the upper basket is massive, much bigger than our previous slimline dishwasher. The bad, the lower basket is a bit limited on how big the dinner plates dinner plates it can take. Using our standard plates would block the second arm from spinning. However, simply reversing the plates so the foody bit faces downwards alters the angle of the plates and so they fit. Also its fasted cycle is 50 minutes (our old had a 30 minute cycle). Admit only 4 months in so longevity cannot be judged yet, but so far it is leaps and bounds ahead of the previous model.

What a fantastic product? Does Exactly what it says on the tin, as they Say would definitely recommend it

This is a very stylish machine and improves the look of my kitchen. Although slimlime it takes a surprising amount a dishes. The delivery was very speedy, days before expected date The after sales service I required was excellent, responding quickly to email query couldn't be faulted.
