It works!! ❤️
I was on just magnesium glycinate for about 6 months for help with sleep issues and was happy with the improvement. But then, I kept seeing ads for Magnesium Complex. It was another brand flooding social media. After researching, I got much more good information about Amandean Magtein Magnesium Complex. I ordered and have been taking only about four weeks but, I have to say the results are really good so far! I’m sleeping even better and my cognitive issues are getting better all the time! Great product helping with sleep
I’ve been taking this product for a few weeks and I really like it. I think 3 pills is too much, im having next day grogginess. I’m going to back it down to 1 or 2 and see how I feel.

Excellent supplement from a trusted company
Another excellent product from Amandean. It has all the ingredients I looked for in a magnesium supplement. I find that my restless legs are less so now that I take this consistently. I have better sleep quality. I'm so pleased with it that just looking at it around 8pm pill time, I feel the promise of a good night ahead. It's great to see the cGMP and 3rd party tested stamps on the label when you need to trust a daily supplement.

Great product. Easy to take pill, although it’s not small. It helps with me fall asleep at night.

this brand/ formula -- Stopped my leg cramps.
I took this mainly to improve leg cramps/spasms. I have to say this particular brand is different from others and I'm not sure why but I haven't had cramps in half a year since taking it daily.
