Dissatisfied
Very disappointed battery is not very strong does not hold a charge. If I charge the battery and don’t even keep it plugged into the glue gun it’s dead when I come back to use it very disappointing. Don’t buy not worth it

Heats fast, works great. Love having a cordless glue gun.

Poor charge
This glue gun battery has never been able to stay charged for more than 1 hour and recharging takes hours. Can not operate while plugged in and charging I should have returned it Look for one that has a loner charge life fast recharge and can be used while charging

LOVE IT
this gun worked great! i wish I would have bought sooner. you charge the battery and then connect it to the gun and you start using it and it lasts a while! perfect for crafts but I used it to attach balloons to a balloon garland and it was PERFECT!!

Did not last very long
The glue gun worked well for 4 months, then unable to advance glue stick and expel melted glue. Unable to find a customer Service telephone no. Would not recommend to anyone interested in reliability or customer service. Update to glue gun... After taking gun apart found and cleaned glob of glue gumming up the works. worked well for maybe 9 mo. and did exact same thing again. Not sure if operator error or if just a design problem. When not gummed up, works well. Not too difficult to take apart and clean.

Easy to use
This wireless dual-temp glue gun has been a total game-changer for my balloon bouquets and stacks! It’s incredibly easy to use and the battery life is impressive. I did encounter an issue after a while where it wouldn't turn on despite a full charge, but the support team was fantastic. After I sent a quick video of the problem, customer service immediately sent a replacement. I love the product and the amazing support—highly recommend!
