Product is great, however I'm not sure if it's just me, but the buds keep sliding off and I keep losing themEdit 1: writung review again after 3months of use, my headphones button was not working even after fully charging the battery. I registered a complaint because the product was under warranty or I got replacement too. Talking about replacement experience, my rating will be cringy. 3 out of 10 as I have to do multiple follow ups, however the service of the company was good, they picked up and delivered to my home without me going anywhere.

Sound is very low. Ear rubber is staying and ear phone is coming out. Very poor quality. I am using last 2 days. But not getting the chance to return. Very very cheap quality. I have purchased more than 5 Bluetooth of noise product, never expect this bad quality.

The product is good you can buy it, after 2 3 months their is no change, sound quality is good , base noice cancellation everything is good. According to the price this product is good, buy it

Overall good product for mild usage. But, there are somethings need to be addressed with the product.1. Neck band is very delicate like a wire.2. The magnet is very powerful and continuous usage or wearing it will have an impact definitely. It's way too powerful to keep close to our head all the time.3. It is because of the magnet it seems the ear buds are very heavy while wearing it4. And to mention do not fall for the word "DUAL PAIRING", i thought the device can be connected to 2 devices at a time, but no same like other devices it can be connected to 1 device at a time and can be switched over to different devices (this is a common feature in all Bluetooth devices, but highlighted here to fool around)
