Couple of issues
Came in many, many parts and the belt was running off centre.took some time to rectifyGreat machine now that it is working properly

Good machine but back up from supplier and manufacturer is left wanting.
I paid to have the machine assembled on site. The assembly was completed and the two guys couldn't wait to leave. They failed to set the belt up with the correct alignment and disappeared with the hex key supplied to adjust it. I called the maker who told me they would need to charge me for a new hex key and they were unable to advise the size of key needed. I called Fitness Superstore who were also unable to advise the size needed and they promised to call me back within the hour. That was 24 hours ago!
