The safety glasses made from China as it stated and the quality is better than i bought from other shop with this price

Q: will these protect against wind or air conditioning?

They are not heavy duty so they would not protect against strong wind such as you would experience on a motorcycle or for that matter even moderately heavy surface winds. They may help prevent dry eyes from air conditioning in a car.

Q: Would these be good to protect eyes during hairdressing visit hairdressing visits? Fits OK over prescription glasses?

I would say no unless you have very small glasses and a small face. These did not fit my husband but fit our 10 year old just fine. They run VERY small.
