Happy Her, Daily Mood Support Gummies for Women, 60 Gummies

I NEVER write reviews, but we are on day 5 of giving them to my neurodivergent kiddo, and I have seen such a significant improvement in her reactivity and flexibility- it has been truly amazing. This is a kid who has failed almost all traditional ADHD medications because of her sensitivity and metabolism, so I went on the hunt for a supplement with Saff'r-Active (which is surprisingly hard to find) to ensure that it was regulated and dosed correctly. Saff'r Active is a registered trademarked saffron supplement that has been shown to be effective in small clinical trials for ADHD. I ran it by our psychiatrist first, and it has been amazing. I will say, sometimes my kiddo responds well to something at first and then has side effects and we are not long enough into it to know if that will happen- and I also know a lot of folks say this takes a few weeks to see, but we saw results right away (this is common for my kid, as it often happens she experiences both positive and negative things about drugs quickly). I am not a "one thing" fixes everything, and we are likely still on a long journey, but seeing my kid relax, roll with things, and just enjoy life a bit more is such a gift. And my thought with a supplement is that if it didn't work, it would be no different from the other million things we have tried to help support her. From one mom who has tried it all: therapy, medication, vibration machines, organic cotton sheets, kids supplements, elimination of dye, sports, gymnastics, speech, tutoring, reading, doctors, reducing sugar, rigid bedtimes, routines, meditation, limiting screen time, breathing exercises, CBT workbooks, and more, this is the first review I have ever written. I don't know if it will last, but the last 5 days have been imperfect, but SO much more peaceful!

Taste is sweet with some tangy flavor. I was in such a positive , happy, up lifting mood considering it was that time of the month I am usually emotionally a wreck hahahaha. I didn’t realize until I thought about it next day when my boyfriend was caught by surprise of how happy and energetic I was. Then I thought … ohh maybe it was the supplements because it was the only thing I had taken and I didn’t take into consideration of that being the effect on my mood. I tried it the next day and I was the same. I don’t know, but I like it! It’s like a happy healthy kind of high to me.

I have struggled for my entire life with emotional ups and downs and this was such a gold find. It helped me feel more emotionally balanced day to day WITHOUT pharmaceuticals, which is my personal preference always! I am really glad I found this. If you're skeptical, just try it! Seriously.

They taste good but that is about it. Sis not notice any results and I could not return them. I don’t waste your money.

The gummies themselves are not bad, but they taste like crap because the plastic bottle they put them in leeches onto the gummies and make them have a HORRIBLE PLASTIC, CHEMICAL TASTE!! !! I had to take them out and put them in a different bottle. Plus, they’re overly coated in sugar granules that get all over and make a mess!! Look at all the sugar on the paper towel and in the sink that I shook off!! DISGUSTING!! WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR!!!! Plus, they’re too expensive. For that price, it should be 90 gummies.

liked these the first time, but the second time they were all melted together. upsetting and unable to use because even if i cut it up, i wouldn't know how much was in each piece.

Taking for the first time tonight. Will update if there are any noticeable changes as they happen. Bottle was sealed fine. Smell is very berry. The taste is a mix of Twizzler and those cherry flavored candy canes that go on Christmas trees. No minty flavor just the cherry flavor. It's not bad.
