I'm quite fussy about coffee and have taken time to try many brands and I have to say this is smooth and tasty, no bitterness or harsh aftertaste. If you're prone to heartburn after strong coffee like I am then this is worth a try. 2 level scoops per person or 5 scoops for a 4 cup cafetiere.

this is very strong, im a costa/nero girl and this is more like double espresso in a single shot...for me.Ive managed to figure out my proportions of coffee to milk though...and adding some syrups...I wont buy again unfortunately,I just like it less strong.it does make a nice crema, and amells lovely, so eapeesso drinkers will likely really enjoy this one

Good price for the quantity. Tastes ok, it is on the bitter side though and not much depth to the flavour.

Wished I had read reviews and not just took star rating as now realise that most of the reviews are for pods and not the ground coffee. The ground coffee had bad reviews and they are right. This coffee 8s YUK!! Smells like burnt coffee, has a weird taste and an awful after taste. Unfortunately I have 3 packs as I thought it was a good product on star ratings!! Not sure why reviews are not for product they are selling obviously company has worked away around the review system. DONOT BUY!!

Pretty terrible, the coffee has been toasted to death. As soon as you open the packet you are assaulted by a smell of burnt coffee. Being Italian I trusted the label: bad decision. I am very disappointed
