I’ve tried quite a few electrolyte powders, and Santa Cruz Paleo’s Dragon Fruit Electrolyte Powder has quickly become one of my favorites. The flavor is excellent—light, refreshing, and not overly sweet like many other electrolyte products on the market. The Dragon Fruit taste is unique and enjoyable without any artificial aftertaste. What really stands out is the clean ingredient profile. There are no unnecessary fillers, artificial colors, or excessive sugars. It provides effective hydration and electrolyte support while staying true to a clean, health-conscious formula. I’ve noticed it helps keep me hydrated throughout the day, especially after workouts, long walks, and during warmer weather. It mixes easily, tastes great, and leaves me feeling refreshed without the bloating or stomach discomfort that some electrolyte drinks can cause. Big fan of these electrolytes. No junk, only good-quality ingredients. It's a lower dose than some other brands, but these go on sale pretty regularly. It mixes extremely well. With other brands, I need to shake in a shaker cup to get all the grains to dissolve, but with these I can mix with a spoon for 5 seconds and it's good! I have tried kiwi, dragonfruit, and mango, and they're all really good! They don't taste that drastically different, though; it's somewhat subtle.

I have many good things to say about this product. I’ve bought these electrolytes twice, first time I bought cherry limeade second time I bought dragon fruit. The flavors are delicious, the dragon fruit literally tastes like candy! My body has definitely been low on necessary minerals, and since taking these electrolytes, I’ve noticed better sleep, less fatigue, and more energy throughout the day. Very hydrating and thirst quenching. I can’t wait to compare other flavors to the ones I’ve tried already! I also haven’t had a problem with product getting stuck at the bottom of the container. You definitely get what you pay for, it lasts me about 3 weeks to a month if used conservatively.

This product is really good as I’m intermediating fasting. I keep this and sparkling water and it’s what gets me through real natural and I love it exactly what I was looking for. Also price isn’t too high it’s like get 30 electrolits or gatorades for a dollar a serving. And without all the other bs. Mixes in the drink with a simple shake and the healthiness lets me drink it without work especially with how good it tastes. Real fine salt definitely gon need one each month of my life.

I discovered Brenden and Santa Cruz Paleo while researching ways to improve my family's and my own personal health. When Brenden criticized brands like Liquid IV and Gatorade, which I frequently consume, I delved deeper into his points. I soon realized that these mentioned brands offered little to no benefits as electrolyte drinks due to their insufficient amounts of the necessary minerals required for proper hydration. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE POG FLAVOR!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The first time I tried this Dragonfruit Flavor electrolyte mix, I was put off by its excessively salty taste, as I had only used about 8 oz of water. However, after taking my first sip, I added more water (12 oz in total), and the overwhelming saltiness subsided, resulting in a more tolerable and pleasant flavor. I have rated it 4 stars because I have only one issue with the ingredients, and that is the addition of Natural Flavors. Since that term is so broad, it could include any derivation of a natural item. If this was created without Natural Flavors I would rate this 5 stars. Knowing that this is a much healthier alternative to Liquid IV and Gatorate and that it is genuinly hydrating and benefiting my body direcltly is a great reason to recommend this product. UPDATE: I recently bought the Mango flavor and would like to say that I enjoyed the taste of it much more than the dragonfruit flavor. Maybe I got used to the saltieness of the mix, but it goes down much easier than the dragonfruit. It has a subtle hint mango flavoring to it, but I prefer this taste much more.
