Beautiful and functional!
Beautifully made, and solid – I have not even used for dough, but to scrape clumping grass cat litter from the side of our stainless steel litter box, and it works perfectly and cleans off well! If I ever decide to make a foray into breadbaking, I’ll need to buy a second and keep them in their respective places, lol!

Better than a fork!
This was on a list of tools I had to buy for an 8th grade cooking class in Jr. High. That was in 1967. Before they taught me how, I always used a fork to make pie crusts (taught by Mom). This is a game changer for pastry. It's also great with mushy fruits and vegs. My old one gave out a few times and my talented husband fixed it up until this year it was unfixable. Good price, comfy to use, never steered me wrong!

The metal cap comes loose, but it's still a good product. My new baking essential!
I love this thing... Before buying a dough whisk I was mixing bread, brownies, cake mixes, etc with a wooden spoon and really don't have space for things like stand mixers. This thing mixes so well, doesn't get gummed up in a thick batter like a whisk does, and you can just tap off extra batter (give it a little spray with cooking spray before you go in, and batter will slide off even more easily. It's hard to explain if you've never used one, but it really is a simple go to kitchen essential for me now. Batter just doesn't glom all over it like it does to a wooden spoon. And you can use the bottom to scrap the sides to incorporate any missing elements in your mixing bowl. This PARTICULAR model however... within a WEEK of use the little metal cap had come loose. We only used it twice and it was hand washed. Still, relative to cost - the actual whisk is holding together really well, and you just stick the stupid cap back down whenever it comes up (which is every time).

Very happy with it!
I really like this blender. I was not sure at first. My mom had a wire one. This is the perfect size too for what I wanted. It cleaned up much easier than the bladed blender. I usually don't make big batches of stuff. This fits my small mixing bowl perfectly. I think I will keep both for now. Very happy with it.

Perfect for crumble toppings
As soon as I got this, I made a blueberry coffee cake. It certainly made it easier to make the crumble topping. If you have been going old school, it is time to upgrade to this kitchen tool!

It is hard to believe that such a simple 'tool' can be soo effective. I use it for everything else but dough..so far. My Kitchen Aid generally does that very well. I purchased the 12". Most people will probably find it just about right. I am going to purchase another to give as a gift. It is well made and should last a long time. Wash by hand and dry it. One person suggested using olive on the handle. That sounds reasonable. Oil for wood cutting boards should also work. I think the handle for mine is rubber-wood, a very plentiful and cheap wood product.
