This minced garlic is wonderful. I hate to pull a clove off of the bulb. I hate the skin the bulb I hate to mince the bulb. I hate how my finger smell from the garlic oil this product eliminates all that. Be careful when you’re trying to flavor oil it does not take too long and it does not take much heat. I suggest the lowest setting you have and watch it because it’s easy to burn any minced garlic will burn. This one’s no different, but this has a deep full body aroma tha wafts through my house. If you have teenagers who sleep too much put some oil in the pan a little minced garlic and you’ll wake him right up. That’s right get those lazy little bastards moving what’s seriously this is good stuff. I’ll be buying a bag again soon I recommend it just cook it on low for a very short. Period. It’s also interesting when you toss it into a salad it adds a little bit of crunch and of course that deep rich garlic flavor try get creative.

Best Spices Available!
I used this in a casserole the other night. I usually used the granulated garlic (which I use every day and love!) but I decided to try this for sauces etc. where I want more concentrated flavor. This did not disappoint! The flavor was excellent. I have purchased most of my spices from this company and I put them into my own spice jars. So far, every spice I have gotten from this company has been flavorful and of excellent quality. It's money saving, too, since you get almost three times as much spice as one of the jars at the store for only a couple of dollars more.

Covered fresh smelling aromatic long acting minced garlic
I love this package of garlic when I open it up you can smell is so strong and so fresh. I put in a glass jar and it continues it's extensive garlic aroma, perfect minced product for my cooking process. Excellent product would buy again. It's a nice amount for the price
