Printer is easy to use, and you can purchase many different labels to use with it. But the best part to me is the superior customer service. I had an issue with my printer, and customer support was quick to help me with correcting it (user error). They have also answered some other questions I had. I feel that my decision to purchase this printer was a good one.

I have become a labeling fool. Easy to use. Looks cute. Using basic labels that came with it. Will order more. Need to step up my labeling game. Plan to use for info on crafts I make.

I was a little confused by the app at first, but once I figured it out, it's pretty easy to get a label started, designed and printed. I've only tried using the labels that came with it, so I can't say anything about the other labels. The main thing I don't enjoy is the resolution quality of the print. It comes out kind of pixelated. Smaller fonts don't look very clear. This labeler was quite affordable, so I get what I paid for. I'm not complaining. I hope to get more use out of it later. It does come with a lot of design options. The app can be improved though.

I like this device. In the OFF mode, it can spend months without a need to be charged. And when you need it, it activates in seconds. The quality if printing is good: you can clearly see the printed text. What else you may need? This device accepts multiple label sizes, but I only used 12mmx40mm so far. It's a great device to mark perishable items in your home. In my area, we are subject to disasters. So, we have to keep some food reserves at home "just in case". There, this device is just awesome! You can mark EOL on all of your items quick and easy.One thing that you must keep in mind. This device works on a principle of thermal printing. That is, it heats up the particular areas of the tape to make them black. But it doesn't mean that the other areas of the tape are not any more sensitive to the heat. They are! If you put such a tape into a real hot environment, it will start getting yellow and eventually becomes black. Do NOT use it in such conditions.A real life scenario: a label on the laptop charger. The charges can become really hot during the use. Thus, the thermal label you attach to it will get heated and become "yellowish" with time.

I bought this as a replacement for my label maker that always needed more ink. I thought this would be great as it doesn’t use ink at all however after I made 8 or 7 labels it started printing as if it was out of ink. The company replied to my request for a return and refund with a very long troubleshooting document. I don’t want to spend hours troubleshooting a label maker. It’s ridiculous. It should just work. Very disappointed in this product and the company.

Works very well for creating tiny labels. The best use I’ve found is identifying light switches - I seem to have two or three at every door, and in some places four or more.There was a bit of a learning curve, both with operation and placing labels, but on the whole it is very useful and a lot more convenient to use than either a pc or Cricut. Definitely fills a nitch in the household.

2 weeks ago, I printed a couple labels for my spice jars. A week after I couldn’t read the labels. They faded faster than any thermal printer I’ve ever used or seen!Not happy!

App works great to create labels. Simple to set up. Great results!

Small font, but works well

Charge it and then really easy to use. I only looked at the user guide to check how to load the roll of labels. I printed my first label within maybe a minute. My spice jars will be beautifully labelled soon!

This label maker is super easy to use. The app is easy to use and there are lots of fonts and styles to choose from.Sadly - after 3 months the labels faded. Even labels that are never touched they have started to fade.Labels that came with it also not super sticky and have already started peeling. I am glad I waited to write the review.

I use this everywhere to organize my boxes and shelves to label. It's easy to use and I love it.
