I purchased 8 of these covers for all of the thermostats in the doctor's office where I work. They were shipped quickly. They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. They took minutes to install. Some of our thermostats were installed in some very strange places so I was concerned that any cover that I purchased would not work with some that were close to corners or installed sideways, etc. These covers are designed so they fit over every thermostat with no problem regardless of the strange location of the thermostat itself. I love having the three digit code instead of a key. HIghly recommend.

Bit fiddly to fit but once cover in place stops someone from altering settings particularly useful to save money on gas because of unauthorised adjustment making rooms too hot

in my house, we do not have a programmable thermostat capability. So I had to get creative to stop people from continuously changing the air conditioner to low settings and driving up the power bill to high settings. This device works beautifully. It has changed air conditioning in our house to set times at set temperatures the lock feature having a code works perfect for when my husband or I get home we can adjust the thermostat and no one else can access it. This is a must have for any house that needs to control your air thermostat.

We bought this because an issue had developed with the thermostat being changed and no one ever knew who did it. The installation was easy and the lock mechanism works fine. The only issue is that the case does not fit well on the track. It is not difficult at all to pop it off. We have found it on the floor a few times. While it seems to be headed in the direction we wanted to go....the security is just not quite what we had expected.
