Utter rubbish.
The sticky tape side does not have strong enough glue and the magnetic side is not that strong. I bought it to stick a small piece of insect net (very lightweight) to the wood window frame. It peeled off both surfaces immediately.

Perfect for our use
Perfect cut into strips and attached to the back of kitchen light remotes such they now magnetically stick to the fridge door and remain both accessible and out of the way.

Magnet is strong, sticky adhesive not so much
Why did you choose this product over others?: Super strong magnet strip. The sticky side isn’t great if the item is a little heavier, I ended up super gluing it, but the magnet itself is strong. Easy to cut and apply.
