The Nail Trimmer That Makes Me Look Like a Pro (Without the Tears)
Listen up, new parents—Frida Baby Electric Nail Trimmer is the hero you didn’t know you needed in your life. If you’ve ever tried to trim your baby’s nails with regular clippers, only to have a meltdown on your hands (and a tiny, squirming human), then this electric nail trimmer will make you feel like the calmest, most efficient parent on the planet.First of all, this thing is genius. It’s an electric nail file that is so gentle and safe, even newborns won’t mind it. The soft, cushioned pads glide over tiny fingers and toes, smoothing and trimming the nails without the risk of cutting too deep. I don’t even have to worry about nicking my little one’s delicate skin. It’s like having a mini spa day for their nails. And the LED light? Let’s just say it makes me feel like I’m operating on a baby in the best way possible—precision and care, all the way.The kit comes with 4 different buffer pads for different nail textures, which is amazing because my baby’s nails are as soft as cotton candy. These pads are designed to be gentle enough for newborn nails but still effective enough to handle toddler nails as they grow. As your child gets older, you can switch to the appropriate pad for more durable nails. It’s like this thing is ready for all stages of tiny hands! And can we talk about the storage case? This is the kind of organization I didn’t know I was missing. I can keep the trimmer and all the pads in one neat, tidy place, so when the next nail-trimming session comes around, everything is ready to go. I love anything that makes parenting feel like I have my life together, and this trimmer does exactly that.Bottom line: The Frida Baby Electric Nail Trimmer is essential for any parent who has ever been afraid of cutting their baby’s nails. It’s safe, easy to use, and practically guarantees a nail trimming session without tears (and it works for toddlers, too!). 10/10, highly recommend! It’s one of those products that you never knew you needed until you use it, and then you can’t live without it.

we love it **FTM**
as a first time, Mom, I was absolutely nervous about using this for my son‘s nails. He is two months and I’ve tried clipping his nails and filing my hand and it was either too slow or too close to cutting his skin and I just felt too nervous to do it. Even when he was asleep, I would not be able to get his nails cut the way I like them to be and I felt they grew out fast. With this device, it doesn’t hurt the baby. I can get close to his skin and make sure his nails are nice and short. I feel comfortable using the machine. It’s easy to use and worked perfectly and provided a battery upon the packaging 10 out of 10 recommend especially as a first time parent. Get this device.

Best nail file!
This is SO much easier and safer in my opinion than using traditional nail clipper or a regular nail file. The buffer is super gentle and doesn’t nick the skin, which was my biggest concern. I love that it comes with different pads for different ages, so it grows with your baby. The motor is quite which is a huge plus. I can file my baby’s nails while she’s sleeping or relaxed without waking her up. It also gives you really good control with adjustable speeds and directions. The battery last many many uses. My daughter is almost 5 months old and I haven’t had to replace the batteries.Fits nicely in your hand and the case is really nice if you want to travel with it.Definitely a need on a baby registry

Nice nail file system for baby but frustrating the replacements are sold separately
I really like the Frida Baby Electric Nail Buffer and these replacements fit perfectly. The whole nail file is easy to use and I don't worry I am going to hurt my child's nails/nail beds using the tool. I took a star off the rating because we did not need a four pack of all sizes. We just needed the replacement for the 12+ month file but they are not sold separately - you have to buy the whole pack with all ages. I feel like it is not a good value for the money unless you need them all but there are no other options unless you makeshift something yourself.

No fear nail care for babies
I accidentally clipped my toddlers finger tip when he was a baby with baby nail clippers and I've never been able to use them again. I felt so bad for him. Somebody else had to clip his nails. We just had another baby and she inherited my nails, which are long and grow fast. I am excited for her as she gets older but was so gutted when I realized how much nail care she would need. My husband found the kit that includes this item at Walmart and I only wish I had known it existed with my prior children. This gets nails short and un-sharpened pretty efficiently. It stops whenever it touches skin and it does not feel like anything when that happens. I am SO THANKFUL for this. Is it still a challenge to get our baby to stop moving her hands all over? Of course. Does it take longer then a quick clip? A little bit. It doesn't matter though because there is no risk of her being harmed. This is our third replacement of grit pads. We are on the 2 strongest at 8 months old but again, her nails are much longer and grow much faster then normal. I would say a normal infant might use 2 max in a year. For her they last about 2 to 3 uses before they are completely smooth.Absolutely, 100%, no regrets. This is worth the investment and I'd pay to replace these pads for every use if I needed to.

Didn’t irritate my 3 month old fussy baby
My son is a fussy little one. He squirms a lot. Wants to be held most of the time (3 month old nicu baby). I was worried I wouldn’t be able to cut his nails, but when I used this, he stayed calm on my lap while I took care of his nails. There are different grit types and it goes by months so the one I used didn’t hurt or irritate him. I used the 0-3 month buffer. It was easy to use. It took a few seconds to get each nail. Pretty quick. It also has a lifetime warranty. I’ll save it even after he’s graduated from the nail buffering stage just in case I need it in the future. Totally recommend :)

Motor died after 9 months
We’ve had this nail filer and used it weekly for the past 9 months. Loved it especially during those newborn days. We had to use the stronger nail pads much earlier than the recommended times. Unfortunately, the motor just broke on it. For the price, I’d suggest looking at another option.

Safe, gentle, and stress-free nail care
This electric nail buffer makes trimming a baby’s nails so much easier and safer. It’s gentle on tiny nails, quiet, and easy to hold. The different filing pads are helpful as babies grow, and the rechargeable design is very convenient. It smooths nails without sharp edges and gives peace of mind for parents who worry about using regular nail clippers. A great addition to any baby care kit.
