Fig Syrup
I was looking for a substitute for Worcester and/or Soy sauce. This is definitely it. I have used it on steak and it gives kinda of a smokey flavor. I also love it on Spinach. Can't wait to try it on other foods. This is definitely a keeper. I'm on my 3rd order.

I recently ordered this product, and am using in my organic coffee in the morning. I am completely satisfied, and recommend as an alternative to stevia or monk fruit.

Taste Starts Off good but become bitter...
Purchased this for my mom who used to eat fig honey/syrup in Italy and wanted her to have a taste of the past. Well this tastes more like molasses than fig anything, not what I was hoping for but will use instead of molasses in a cookie or the like.

Healthy Alternative
Taste very good, not really that sweet but mild. Mix with cold water for a refreshing drink. Makes a couple of liters.
