Q: Can i use this to turn on/off the power switch to my invertor when battery is at low voltage?

Yes, by wiring the disconnect between your battery and inverter, the disconnect will cut the battery connection to the inverter at the low voltage value you set. The power switch on your inverter will remain set to on allowing the inverter to come back on when the disconnect detects a sufficient voltage value which you set and turns back on allowing current back to the inverter.

Q: Can you confirm, does your relay disconnect at low voltage? I have a competitor unit that engages a relay at low, so it draws more power.

Yes, disconnects (open circuit) below the low-voltage setpoint, and reconnects (closed circuit) above the high-voltage setpoint. Note that the input voltage is passed through to the output when its relay is closed, so you cannot supply a separate voltage source. I have had no problems after installing it in 4/2020, it operates several times a day, but I only drive an external relay with it. IMO it's only suitable for around 5 amps or less.

The disconnect retains its settings even if disconnected and reconnected to battery

Q: how many amps can manage when charging?

Without looking back into the specs, I think up to 20 amps. I know that is the value of the fuse I installed.
